About Jamie
Jamie Campbell is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, screenwriter, and actor. His solo performances have garnered praise from critics and audiences alike. A reviewer recently called his show "possibly the most positive stand-up act in existence."
A veteran of over 30 comedy and Fringe festivals, his performances have earned numerous accolades including "Best of Fringe" honors in Kansas City, Tucson, and Washington D.C., "Best Stand-up or Variety Performance" by San Antonio's Bexar Stage, and Chicago's "Best Stand-Up Comedian" by The Chicago Reader.
His album, Tell Me You’re Proud of Me, debuted at #1 on Amazon’s comedy charts, and he recently released his critically-acclaimed show, Big Dad Energy as a streaming comedy special.
Jamie's film and television work includes appearances on NBC's Chicago Fire and Pop TV's Hollywood Darlings, and Ty Burell’s Boondoggle, which was nominated for a primetime Emmy. His independent film work, includes stand-out performances in Sex Ain't Love, Special Delivery, and Millennial With a Cane, for which he was named "Best Supporting Actor in a Feature Film" at the Sunny Side Up Film Festival. Recently, he wrapped production in starring roles in The Sitcom and The Drama from Visible Horizon Films and the Qikfinger Films production of Home Planet.
He has shared the stage or worked on projects with countless legendary names in comedy and entertainment, including Damon Wayans, Kristin Chenoweth, Oscar Isaac, Chris Redd, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Tech N9ne, and Dana Carvey.

As a writer, his screenplay, Mourning Sickness, was recently produced by V-Pac productions and his script, Sneakerhead, is in pre-production under the helm of renowned director Johnathan Brownlee of Torfoot Studios.
